Home version of egg-filled pancakes

Overview

In order to save time, I did not prepare the noodles for filling the pancakes, but chose the pancake type with the eggs attached. I can't eat spicy food recently, so I don't add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and other seasonings. This is based on personal taste and should be added in appropriate amounts when cooking.
