Walnut blueberry taro cake
Overview
Taro has great therapeutic value. It can detoxify and prevent cancer, enhance immunity, beautify the body, replenish vital energy, etc. Although taro is very similar to potatoes, taro does not rot and is just as delicious hot or cold. What I made today was taro cake, flavored with walnuts and blueberry jam to increase nutrition. The children liked it very much.
