Peel the skin and bones of the purchased turkey legs and slice them into slices.

Prepare fresh mushrooms and two eggs

Mix cornstarch, salt and a little chicken essence with turkey meat and marinate for a while

Beat the eggs into the egg mixture and slice the mushrooms and carrots.

Boil water in a pot, add carrots and cook for four minutes (if you like it refreshing, you can cook it with mushrooms)

When the carrots are soft, add the mushrooms and cook for three minutes. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the turkey meat and break it up with chopsticks so that the meat pieces are evenly heated. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
