Black core egg tart
Overview
Black-core egg tarts are filled with sesame seeds, milk and eggs. The sesame seeds have a strong aroma and a smooth texture. They are relatively healthier and more nutritious. I make my own pastry. It takes a little time to make the pastry in summer. If you like it, you can try it.
