Braised eggplant in oyster sauce
Overview
In the past, when my family was in the countryside, I would always eat potatoes mixed with eggplants. I would pick vegetables from my own garden when I went in, and I would get a lot of them every time. If we couldn't finish the leftovers, Dad would really stew them for us. When the food was cooked with some garlic slices, we could smell the aroma from afar.
