Cut the pork belly into two finger widths, add one spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, garlic slices, three ginger slices, appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for a day. The seasoning is saltier than normal, so it tastes normal when cooked

Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for about 5 hours, drain, add some salt (don’t add too much), chicken essence, and two tablespoons of dark soy sauce and mix well

Put a spoonful of glutinous rice, a piece of marinated pork belly, and a salted egg yolk into the rice dumpling leaf

Fill the remaining gaps with glutinous rice and wrap well

Put the wrapped rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, add water at the same level as the rice dumplings, wait until the rice dumplings stop bubbling, cover the pressure cooker, and heat up for one and a half hours
