Garlic Shredded Cabbage
Overview
Garlic hand-shredded cabbage is a regular on my family’s dining table. It’s refreshing and goes well with rice. Adding some dried sesame seeds and ham sausage to stir-fry it will give it a richer texture.

Remove the thick stems from the cabbage, tear it into pieces with your hands, rinse with light salt water, drain and set aside

Shred the dried coriander, slice the ham sausage, and dice the garlic

Heat appropriate amount of oil in a pan

Pour in the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat

Wait until the vegetable leaves shrink and become soft, drain and set aside

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add dried chili peppers and saute until fragrant

Pour in dried ham and dried ham, stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute

Pour in the cabbage, add Sichuan peppercorns, oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

Stir-fry over high heat and finally add minced garlic

Stir fry a few times quickly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to taste, and turn off the heat immediately

Place on a plate and drizzle with a little sesame oil
