Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead until the gluten comes out

Add butter

Continue kneading until the film expands and the film can be pulled out

Ferment until 2.5 times in size

Re-air the air and knead evenly

Divide into four parts, roll into balls, and ferment for fifteen minutes

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a thin rectangular sheet

Spread a layer of bean paste filling on the thin dough sheet, leaving 2-3CM on the edge without coating

Roll it up along the side covered with bean paste filling, and roll it up to the part where there is no bean paste filling

Cut the unrolled part into small strips with a knife

Roll the strips onto the long dough to form a caterpillar shape

Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper

Place the baking pan into the oven, then put a pan of steaming hot water, close the oven door for final fermentation

About 40 minutes to 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size

Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and ready to bake
