Cold Purslane
Overview
Purslane is known as a natural antibiotic. It has the effects of clearing heat and diuresis, sterilizing and reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, quenching thirst, and diuresis.

Remove yellow page impurities from purslane and wash them.

Blanch the water and boil the water in the pot for about a minute.

Add cold water to the basin, take the purslane out of the pot and put it into the cold water to cool.

Remove the water from the purslane, cut into sections, and place on a plate.

Blend the garlic into minced garlic, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil according to personal taste, and mix well. I prefer the ratio of vinegar to light soy sauce is 2:1, that is, two spoons of vinegar and one spoon of light soy sauce.

Pour the prepared garlic sauce over the purslane and you're done.
