Steamed eggplant
Overview
Eggplant requires a lot of oil to cook, but it doesn't require oil. The finished product is often coated with a thick layer of oil. If you want something lighter, you still have to eat steamed eggplant.

Wash, peel and cut the eggplant into sections

After the water boils, steam for 10 minutes

Chop onion, ginger and garlic

Put oil in the pot, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and add a little sugar.

Just pour the sauce on the eggplant and it’s ready!
