Dry fried black pepper fish fillets
Overview
I bought fish and planned to fry it, but my husband said he hadn’t eaten dry-fried fish pieces in a long time and wanted to eat it. Although I don’t think fried food is healthy enough, you can eat it if you want. It doesn’t matter if you do it occasionally. So I made this fried black pepper flavored fish fillet. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband ate two or three pieces.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the fish into 2-3 pieces wide inside
-
Add a small amount of chili and ginger, salt, rice wine and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes
-
Put starch and flour into a bowl in a ratio of 1:1
-
Crack in an egg and add a small amount of water to make a batter. Because it is eaten dry, the batter of this recipe will be very crispy when fried
-
Finally add black pepper and mix well
-
Dip the fish pieces into the batter
-
If the oil temperature is 60% hot, fry until the surface is set
-
Don’t fry the surface color too dark for the first time, just let it harden and set
-
Heat the oil to 60%, then fry again until the surface is golden brown
-
Remove and control the oil, then sprinkle some black pepper and enjoy.
