Heat the electric pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil, add the enoki mushrooms, heat the oil for half a minute, beat an egg into the cold dough, stir evenly with a spatula, and spread it evenly on the cold dough.

Heat until the eggs are slightly solidified, then use a spatula and chopsticks to assist in turning the cold dough over. Change to low heat.

Mix cumin powder, garlic chili sauce, sweet noodle sauce in advance, brush it on the cold dough, and sprinkle a little chili powder if you like spicy food.

Sprinkle some vinegar and sugar on the cold dough and add enoki mushrooms, chopped green onions, coriander and onions. Once these things are put away, the cold noodles are basically ready.
