Cut the butter into small pieces, soften it at room temperature, and add sugar;

Mix well with a hand mixer, add eggs in two batches, mix well, then add vanilla extract and mix well;

Sift the flour into the butter

Repeat steps 1 and 2 again, sift the flour and cocoa powder into the butter

Make vanilla dough and chocolate dough respectively and put them in the refrigerator for more than half an hour;

Take out two pieces of dough, roll it into a 1CM square, brush a layer of egg wash on the vanilla dough piece, cover the chocolate dough piece on the vanilla dough piece, shape it, cut off the excess edges, stick the two dough pieces together and put them in the freezer for more than half an hour to make the dough hard;

After the dough is frozen hard, cut it into 1cm wide strips

Brush the two strips with egg wash and cut them into biscuit pieces with a thickness of 0.5CM. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 12 minutes
