  1. Wash the hooves and blanch them in a pot.

  2. Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into pieces.

  3. Soak dry kelp on your hair and rinse.

  4. Wash the blanched hooves, put them into a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and a little white vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.

  5. Stew until the hoof is half cooked, then add kelp and continue simmering.

  6. When the hoof is almost cooked, add the winter melon and simmer until the winter melon is soft and rotten, then add an appropriate amount of salt.

  7. Finished product is plated.
