Pry open the scallops and wash them.

Blanch the soybean flour, rinse with cold water, plate on the scallops, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

When steaming scallops, prepare green onions, large peppers, dried radish, and garlic.

After 15 minutes, put the scallops on a plate, take another pot, heat the lard, garlic and dried radish first and saute until fragrant, then add the green onions and chili peppers, and distribute the ingredients to each scallop. A nice plate of steamed scallops would be great.
