Pickled fish
Overview
This is a lazy dish. I bought ready-made sauerkraut and fish ingredients. I just need to prepare the fish and stew it in it.

One piece of grass carp, cut off the meat and cut the bones and head into sections

Cut the fish fillet into 5 mm thick slices

Marinate fish bones and fish fillets with ginger, pepper, and rice wine for 5 minutes respectively.
