Black sesame cookies
Overview
The recipe is adapted from whole wheat black sesame crackers. Because there is not much market for whole wheat, I used all low-gluten flour and replaced part of the whole wheat flour with ground almonds. There seemed to be too little black sesame seeds, doubled up and even then it seemed there wasn't enough.

Prepare materials

Soften butter, add sugar, salt and beat evenly

Add vanilla powder and mix well

Add whole eggs one at a time and beat evenly

Sift together low-gluten flour and baking powder

Add sesame seeds and chopped almonds

Mix well

Use a spoon to scoop out 8g pieces and place them on a baking sheet

Put in the oven, middle layer, heat up and down at 170 degrees, bake for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes
