Chili oil

Overview

I have always liked chili oil. The dipping sauce mixed with sesame oil and vinegar is numb, spicy and sour. It feels so good. I tried making chili oil myself this time and it felt pretty good. I will try making sesame oil next time and see how it goes.

1. 1 Prepare materials

   

2. 2 Chop the chilies and mix with the sesame seeds

   

3. 3 Put oil in the pot, fry the peppercorns and aniseed until fragrant

   

4. 4 When the oil is hot, turn off the heat, take out the peppercorns, and pour the oil on top of the peppers. The fragrant chili oil is ready
