Tomato Oxtail Soup
Overview
This is my first time to buy ox tail. I saw it sold for so long at the morning market and how long it would take to eat it, so I haven’t done it yet. I bought two bags at a special price online to give it a try. I simmered it with tomatoes when I came back. It was really delicious and appetizing. The sour and sour taste was really good. I decided to make more of it in the future, especially when the weather gets cold and there are many benefits to eating more beef!
