Mushroom and chestnut meat rice dumplings
Overview
Meat rice dumplings are my son’s favorite flavor, so I make meat rice dumplings with different flavors every year to satisfy him. Today’s one is fresh meat with shiitake mushrooms. The combination of meat and shiitake mushrooms, the aroma of meat and mushrooms blend together, which greatly enhances the texture and taste of the rice dumplings. Moreover, the fried shiitake mushrooms have a richer aroma, making it a very delicious rice dumpling

Choose the front leg meat with ribs. The meat in this position is fragrant but not greasy. Cut the meat into rectangular pieces and add salt, sugar, pepper, special soy sauce, and oyster sauce

Mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 6 hours.
