Add one cup of pea starch to one cup of water (the same cup) and mix thoroughly. Put 4 cups of water into a small pot and add 2 grams of salt

Heat the water over low heat. When bubbles begin to form at the bottom of the pot, pour in the well-mixed starch water and stir while pouring;

Use a wooden spatula to stir continuously in the pot until the starch water turns from white to transparent and bubbles appear, then turn off the heat

Pour into a container and let cool

Place the completely cooled jelly upside down on a chopping board and cut it with a knife or a special tool
