Prepare red dates, ginger, green onions, tangerine peels, angelica dahurica and carrot segments.

Soak the lamb chops in water and clean them. (I only used half of it, about 450g)

Boil water in a pot and add cooking wine. Add the lamb chops, boil over high heat for two minutes and then remove.

In a separate soup pot, boil water, add ingredients and lamb chops and simmer until cooked through.

While the soup is simmering, prepare the shabu-shabu. I'll just prepare a few things. Carrot slices and snow peas.

King oyster mushrooms and green garlic.

Chinese cabbage.

After the lamb chops are cooked, season and rinse.
