Overview
Biscotti is a biscuit that is baked in the oven until it is completely dry. It is baked twice and has a long shelf life. It has some walnuts in it and tastes crispy and fragrant. If you like almonds or other nuts, you can change them according to your taste

Mix walnut kernels, salt and sugar evenly
