Crispy snack---a bite of crisp
Overview
I occasionally saw a recipe online. After seeing it, I wanted to make it. I thought it must be delicious. I tried it and it was really delicious, fragrant and crispy. The ones bought outside were so sweet. I made two flavors of bean paste and meat floss, and they were both delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften butter at room temperature, cut into small pieces, pour in powdered sugar
-
Then sift in the low-gluten flour
-
Use a tool to mix the butter, powdered sugar and cake flour evenly, or you can rub it by hand,
-
Pour in the egg liquid
-
Knead the dough with your hands. Don't knead it like steamed buns. I use my hands to knead it, and then put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
-
Take out the dough, put plastic wrap on the top and bottom, and roll it into a large sheet to avoid sticking to the rolling pin. Pour in an appropriate amount of meat floss and bean paste filling
-
Rolled into a barrel
-
Cut into evenly sized pieces, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place on a non-stick baking pan,
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden
