Clean the pork tenderloin and absorb the water with paper towels

Cut into small cubes

Add eggs and cornstarch, a small amount of salt and mix well

Marinate for about 10 minutes

When the oil is 60% hot, fry the tenderloin over medium heat until it is set, then turn to low heat and fry until cooked through

Take a clean plate and cover it with paper towels that can absorb oil

Fry the meat until golden brown, remove and control oil, and set aside

Add tomato sauce, white vinegar, white sugar and water to a bowl and mix well

Pour the bowl of juice into the pot and bring to a boil

Add in diced pork and stir-fry

Pour a little water starch and mix well
