Carrot, cabbage and soy milk
Overview
My first attempt at making soy milk with fruits and vegetables made soy milk interesting. Even cabbage stems are a problem that must be solved. What kind of soy milk can be made with them? Carrots and soy milk are good, carrots and cabbage are also good for soup, so turning carrots and cabbage into soy milk must be good too. Think of it and do it. A small pile of vegetable stems, plus a carrot, and beans are blended into a thin soy milk. The orange soy milk is self-explanatory, but I didn't expect it to be so thick. The sweetness of carrots is not too obvious, but the smell of cabbage reminds people of the taste of cabbage soup.
