Grilled Chicken Wings with Mushrooms and Chestnuts
Overview
I was originally going to make grilled chicken wings with mushrooms, but I just had a few roasted chestnuts left over, so I just added them in and grilled them! Who knew it tasted pretty good! But the roast chicken with chestnuts is really delicious. The tender chicken wings paired with fragrant mushrooms are a must-have with rice!

Wash the chicken wings, score them two to three times on both sides, and marinate them with cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, and shredded ginger for 10 minutes.
-
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry two pairs of marinated chicken wings until slightly brown.

Add boiling water and bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms, add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon flavored soy sauce and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken wings over and cook evenly.
