First remove the heads and tails of the beans, clean them and set aside

Blanch the pork ribs and remove the blood, wash and set aside

Shred the onion and ginger, mince the garlic and set aside

First pour the ribs into the pressure cooker, add star anise, peppercorns, green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of hot water. Press until medium-cooked and turn off the heat.

Pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
