Overview
Liquor lees can be regarded as a major specialty of Shanghai. I am also a fan of sake lees. How comfortable it is to make such a bowl of sake lees edamame at home and have a drink and chat with your friend’s husband~

Steps
-
Wash the edamame and cut off both ends to make it more flavorful.
-
In a cooking pot, pour a little salt. After boiling, add the edamame. After the water boils, cook for about 5 minutes.
-
Prepare a basin of ice water. After the edamame is cooked, pour out the water and rinse it under the faucet. Pour into ice water and drain off excess water.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of fermented marinade and cold boiled water into the edamame and mix until it is appropriately salty.
-
Put the edamame and marinade into a safe and refrigerate overnight. The marinade should cover all the edamame.

Take it out and enjoy it the next day.
