Four skinned fish

Peel off the skin, cut open the belly of the fish, remove the internal organs and gills, clean and set aside

Chopped green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, one star anise and set aside

Chop the coriander into sections

Add oil to hot pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and sauté until fragrant

Reduce heat to low, add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water, a little sugar, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar and a little light soy sauce to taste

Add the washed fish

Add appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium heat

Simmer until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat and remove from the pot
