Cute little elf-Japanese baked confectionery
Overview
Shaoguozi is oil-free and sugar-free. It completely uses condensed milk as a binder, so it is very sticky when making it. It needs to be refrigerated for a period of time to make the dough hard before it can be used. A small amount of thin dough should also be sprinkled to prevent sticking to facilitate subsequent shaping. It is recommended to wear disposable gloves to avoid getting your hands dirty. The baked fruit can be made into cute little creatures of different shapes according to your own ideas. After baking, you can use chocolate sauce to draw a few strokes at will and the elves will come alive. However, my hands are not as clumsy as a painter and I can't compliment them. I feel a little wronged by these elves.
