  1. Wash and soak an appropriate amount of salted kelp seedlings for 10 minutes.

  3. Boil the water for a minute or two.

  4. Remove into a bowl.

  5. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry red pepper until fragrant.

  6. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.

  7. Appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste.
