Homemade snacks for your cravings - peanut brittle
Overview
Remember the peanut candy you ate as a kid? You can actually make it yourself, it’s super easy! (My phobia of choice is so bad that I spent almost two hours choosing which picture to use as the cover!!!)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare peanuts (you don’t need to wash them because they need to be peeled)
-
Put the peanuts in the microwave for one minute, take them out, turn them over, and mash them for another minute. Repeat this for a total of three minutes (if the amount is large, you can determine it according to the actual situation. When you hear the peanut skin crackling and cracking and there is a little fragrance!)
-
The peanuts are roasted!
-
Peel the peanuts, rub them a few times, and divide the peanuts into two halves
-
Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the pan and heat over medium heat (I use an induction cooker at 1400)
-
Stir in time during the heating process to dissolve the sugar little by little
-
The syrup is completely dissolved
-
Add the previously prepared peanuts and stir quickly to coat the peanuts with syrup
-
Pour into a plate and press while hot into a cake about 1cm thick
-
Leave to cool for half a minute and cut into pieces before it cools down
-
It’s ready to eat after it cools down! Because it was cut before, there are a few adhesions that just need to be broken open gently
-
Enjoy! The ones I made were snapped up instantly!
