Preserved egg and bacon porridge
Overview
I always want to eat porridge these days. Yesterday’s millet porridge, today I want to eat salty porridge. I happened to have newly bought preserved eggs at home and no lean meat, so I used sausages instead. It tastes really good~

Soak the rice for 2 hours in advance, boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat.
