Pork and shrimp dumplings
Overview
I originally wanted to make crystal shrimp dumplings but I didn’t have enough rice noodles at home, so I changed my mind and made some dumplings. It happens to be the winter solstice, so eating dumplings will warm you up!

Let the dough rest for 20 minutes

Prepare shrimp and minced meat

Chopped green onion and ginger

Mix well and add various seasonings

Chopped pork skin jelly

Stir until the meat filling is thickened, add stock twice in the middle, and wait until the meat filling is completely absorbed

The noodles have woken up and are divided into small portions

Roll out the dough

Stuffing

Steam for 15 minutes

When it’s out of the pan, dip it in your favorite sauce
