Soak the black fungus in water for about 6 hours, remove the sediment from the roots, clean and tear it into small pieces for later use

Wash the green beans, soak them in water for half an hour to better remove pesticide residues, drain them and cut them into small pieces

Peel off the skin of onions and garlic, clean and cut into chopped green onions and garlic slices

Wash the leeks and cut them into sections for later use

Pork belly cut into cubes

Crack three eggs into a bowl and stir into egg liquid. Set aside

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the diced pork belly until fragrant, add chopped green onion and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant

Cook in cooking wine and light soy sauce

Pour in appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and bring to a boil

After the pot boils, add salt to taste

Pour in the egg liquid evenly and turn off the heat after it is cooked

Add a little chicken essence, sprinkle with leek segments and stir evenly

Start cooking the noodles. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until the noodles are soft and hard to your liking
