Lotus seed, millet and pumpkin cup
Overview
Originally I only planned to use lotus seeds and millet, but suddenly I had an idea and decided to give them a special bowl. Digging a pumpkin takes a little work, but once you get started, it's easy. Lotus seeds have the effects of replenishing deficiency, nourishing the heart and calming the mind, strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea. Millet is sweet and salty in nature and has the effects of nourishing kidney qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and clearing away heat. The two are cooked into porridge, which is suitable for symptoms such as loss of appetite, indigestion, weight loss, fatigue, thirst, insomnia and other symptoms. However, this pumpkin is not big enough and cannot be added with much water. It can only be made into dry rice, not porridge.
