Air-fried Garlic Grilled Pork Ribs
Overview
I am very happy to have the opportunity to try out the Joyoung air fryer provided by Tmall Joyoung Yilian store. I went out to participate in a competition a few days ago, and I still had a few unfinished air frying trial recipes in my mind, so I hurried back to finish them. Fortunately, air frying is very convenient and quick to use. It can be used to make garlic pork ribs, and even children who don’t like garlic love it very much.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the ribs into sections, soak in water to remove blood, blanch, drain and set aside
-
Pour all the ingredients except dark soy sauce and honey into the electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water to cover the ribs, and start the meat program, which will take about 30 minutes
-
Remove the ribs when done. For the sake of effect, I only use the clean ribs to make garlic-flavored ones. The other side ribs are also good for making stews
-
Flatten the garlic, mince it, and allow it to oxidize in the air for a moment. Add honey and a little vegetable oil to dark soy sauce and mix thoroughly
-
Set the Joyoung air fryer to 160 degrees and preheat for 10 minutes
-
Line the empty fryer with tin foil or oil paper, and put the ribs in
-
Brush the surface with a little mixture of honey and dark soy sauce, sprinkle with a little minced garlic, and bake at 160 degrees for about 8 minutes
