Prepare ingredients: 2 sticks of Shi Yunsheng's thick chicken stock, appropriate amount of tofu, wild shepherd's purse, ginger and green onions.

Pick and wash the wild shepherd's purse and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Wash the tofu and cut into small cubes.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil and add tofu, ginger and green onions.
