Radish Pork Ribs Noodles
Overview
This dish is great for babies and toddlers. White radish is known as ginseng. It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, iron and vitamins. Please put the ribs into the pot and blanch them, remove the blood, and set aside for later use.

Peel and wash the white radish, cut into pieces and set aside.

Put the blanched ribs into the rice cooker, add water, no more than 3 fingers high of the ribs, drop in rapeseed oil, rice wine, vinegar, and a few slices of ginger, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
