Pineapple Fritters and Shrimp

While walking around the supermarket, I saw some nice pineapples and wanted to try them.

Materials are ready.

Wash and peel the fresh shrimps, remove the shrimp strings and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of salt, minced ginger, egg white and starch to the shrimps and marinate them;

Cut the dough sticks into sections and use chopsticks to hollow out the middle of the dough sticks;

Stuff the marinated shrimp into the fried dough sticks;

Dip both ends of the fried dough sticks in some starch to seal;

Pour oil into a pan and heat it;

Fry the fried dough sticks over low heat until the shrimp are opaque in color;

Add a little water and white sesame seeds to the salad dressing and mix well;

Drain the oil from the fried dough sticks, mix with the pineapple chunks and the prepared salad dressing, and mix well.
