Cut the northern tofu into cubes, wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems and cut into cubes.

Put onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper oil in the pot and fry the tofu over low heat until golden brown on both sides, then remove.

Leave oil in the pot and fry green and red peppers until raw.

Light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce

Put tofu in the pot and cook in the prepared juice.
