Creamy Vanilla Baked Potato Wedges
Overview
Creamy Vanilla Baked Potato Wedges. Baked potatoes are also a snack we often eat. How to make the fragrance last longer? In addition to using traditional vanilla, I specially added cream to wrap each potato wedge, giving it a richer milky flavor. I made this snack in a hurry on Christmas Eve. It can be regarded as a small commemoration of my first Christmas in Meitian.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients;
-
Rinse the potatoes with water, then cut them into 1 cm thick pieces. Don’t cut them too thin, as they will easily burn when baked;
-
Use a star-shaped mold to cut the potato cubes into star shapes;
-
Pour the cream onto the potato wedges, then spread the cream evenly onto each potato wedge;
-
Pour the olive oil onto the potato wedges mixed with butter, and spread evenly over the potato wedges;
-
Sprinkle the pepper and salt onto the potato wedges and continue to spread evenly on the potato wedges;
-
Sprinkle the dried vanilla leaves onto the potato wedges and spread evenly on the potato wedges;
-
Spread the tin foil flat on the baking sheet, and use a brush to brush a layer of olive oil on the tin foil to prevent the potato wedges from sticking to the tin foil after baking;
-
Place each potato wedge on the tin foil, leaving a little gap between each potato wedge;
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes. When the surface of the potato wedges turns golden brown, they are ready to be taken out of the oven. (The temperature of each oven is different, please adjust the baking time according to the specific situation~)
