Garlic Chicken Wings
Overview
Sometimes I don’t actually feel hungry, but I just want to eat something. When I feel particularly bored, as long as my mouth is not idle, I feel that time passes very quickly. Fortunately, I am the kind of person who does not gain weight no matter how much I eat. In fact, when I was a baby, I tried many weight loss methods, but they didn’t seem to have any effect. Later, I didn’t know how. I lost weight myself, but I don’t like high-calorie snacks. I tend to eat more fruits. I haven’t liked KFC since I was a child, but I love chicken wings. Every time I go there, I basically only eat spicy chicken wings, corn salad, and hibiscus soup, so I will also think about how to cook chicken wings at home. There are indeed many ways to cook chicken wings. Today I want to make a roasted garlic dish for everyone. I made it very late yesterday, almost midnight, and Mr. Lou and my brother both waited to finish eating before going to bed. Haha, fortunately, it tastes good, otherwise I would be guilty

Steps
-
The chicken wings are bought from the vegetable market and are quick-frozen. When you buy them, add water and some salt to a bowl to defrost them. Adding salt can speed up the defrosting
-
Wash the thawed chicken wings in water and drain
-
In order to get more garlic flavor, I cut the chicken wings twice,
-
Peel and mince the garlic. The amount of garlic should be a little more
-
Spread salt evenly on each chicken wing, then add chopped garlic to the chicken wings and marinate for about 20 minutes
-
I was in a bit of a hurry yesterday, so I wrapped it in plastic wrap while marinating
-
Put a little salad oil in the rice cooker and cover the entire floor with oil
-
Arrange the marinated chicken wings evenly in the pot and press the cooking button
-
Press the cooking button
-
Wait until it switches to Keep Warm, then turn the chicken wings over and repeat this operation

The cooked chicken wings are golden brown on both sides, take them out and serve immediately. The tender meat is fragrant with garlic, delicious and healthy
