Miscellaneous Pills and Winter Melon Soup
Overview
One day, I packed up the leftover meatballs I ate at a hot pot restaurant and took them home and put them in the refrigerator. Meat, shrimp, and fish meatballs were all mixed together. I can’t even remember what kind of meatballs they were. They were just miscellaneous meatballs. I bought winter melon, took the meatballs out of the refrigerator and defrosted them, cut the winter melon into pieces and boiled them together. It was a very good mixed meatball and winter melon soup.

Take out the mixed pellets and thaw.

Put the mixed balls into the pot and cook.

Wash the winter melon, peel and remove the flesh.

Cut into hob pieces.

After the meatballs are boiled, put the winter melon into the pot and cook them together.

Cook until the ingredients are cooked, add salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
