A very nutritious bread that uses milk instead of water to make flour. The aroma of milk powder is stronger than that of milk, so try not to ignore the milk powder.

  1. Add milk, eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder and flour in sequence, add yeast on top of the flour, put the bread bucket into the Dongling 1352AE-3C bread machine, and select kneading for 10 minutes.

  2. After the first kneading, add the butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading for 13 minutes. Different models of bread machines have different kneading times.

  3. After the dough is kneaded, place it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment until it doubles in size at room temperature of 28 degrees Celsius.

  4. Take out the fermented dough, press lightly to deflate, divide into 8 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

  5. Roll the dough into an oval, turn it over, and fold it in half from left to right.

  6. Turn over and roll into a shape of beef tongue.

  7. Turn over again and roll up and down towards the middle.

  8. Place on the baking sheet and cut into X shapes.

  9. Put it in the Dongling K40C oven and ferment it at the fermentation setting (37 degrees) for about 45 minutes (place a bowl of hot water in the oven). Take out the fermented bread dough, sprinkle with low-gluten flour, and put it into the bottom layer of the preheated oven at 155 degrees and 165 degrees, and bake for about 13 minutes (the baking temperature depends on the temperament of the oven).
