Salted edamame
Overview
In summer, I like this kind of edamame the most. It is delicious no matter how you cook it. Edamame is high in protein and low in fat, so it is easy to satisfy your cravings.

Wash the edamame repeatedly.

Use scissors to cut off both ends for easier flavoring.

All the edamame are cut.

Add enough water to cover the ingredients, add star anise and dried chili knots, and add a little more salt.

After the high heat comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 25 minutes. Turn off the heat when the edamame is soft and cooked.

Remove the edamame and drain the water, then eat after cooling or refrigerate for an hour before eating.
