Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker, heat the water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Peel and dice a potato and put it in water to remove excess starch.

Finely mince onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add a tablespoon of Xiaokang beef sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Add 2 tsp cooking wine, 3 tsp light soy sauce, sprinkle a little white pepper, stir well and turn off the heat.

Pour all ingredients into the rice cooker and press the cook button.
