Soak and wash the cabbage.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and slice some garlic.

Put oyster sauce in a small bowl, add cornstarch and water and mix thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic slices until fragrant.

Put down the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.

Sauté until cooked through, about two minutes.

Pour in the prepared gravy and stir well.
