Coriander, Tofu and Fish Soup

Today this is another quick home-cooked soup for children. A bowl of it on a cold day is both delicious and warming.

Soak all the ingredients and the purchased tofu in water for about half an hour.

Tear off the skin of the big-eye chicken and fish and clean it; cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the coriander into sections, and prepare a few slices of ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides until lightly browned.

After the fish is fried, transfer it to a casserole, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water.

Simmer until the soup turns milky white, add the tofu, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 7 minutes.

Finally sprinkle with coriander.
